Learning outcome
After successfully completing the course, the candidate will have achieved the following learning outcomes defined in terms of knowledge, skills and general competence.
The candidate:
- Understands the importance of the research question when carrying out a study
- Can formulate different study designs
- Can analyse qualitative and quantitative data
- Understands the limitations of knowledge and range in social reality
- Can avoid level fallacies
Course Description
The course includes:
- Methodological reflection
- Intensive studies using qualitative information
- Extensive studies using quantitative information
Teaching and Learning Methods
Lectures, group work, plenary discussions. Solving old exam questions.
Assessment Methods
Written 4-hour examination.
