Course Objectives

Gain knowledge of sequential programming using PLS and configuration of fieldbus.

Course Description

A technical problem as a basis for a project assignment on PLS and programming of these as well as fieldbus. A seminar will be held regarding the use of relevant PLSs and programming tools. The project assignment will relate to the subject content of the course.

Seminars and project work.

Assessment Methods

Partial examination (30%), execution of project, reporting and final project examination (70%). Both the written examination and the project work must receive passing marks in order to receive a higher grade than F.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
