Law for Estate Agents I 5251

Course Objectives

The course provides an introduction to business law. A goal is to provide students with knowledge of this primary legal field and insight into judicial practice, develop students’ critical ability and improve their potential for solving practical problems and making decisions using the law system and other legal material.

Course Description

Legal sources, contract law, sales law and money claims law.

Learning Methods

3-4 hours of lectures weekly in the spring semester.

The instruction will be held concurrently with 5350 Business Law.

Assessment Methods

There is no obligatory examination following the first semester. There is an examination which counts for 15 ECTS at the end of the second semester, please refer to the course description for 5252 Law for Estate Agents II.

5350 Business Law, please refer to separate course description in the study programme, Business Administration. Concludes with a final, 4-hour written examination.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
