Course Objectives

The course provides students with an introduction to business law. The aim is to provide students with a grounding in the discipline of law, and provide insight into the legal thought process, as well as develop students’ ability to make judgements and solve practical problems involving law and legal issues. This course in Business Law fulfils the first 5 ECTS of the 15 ECTS course 043 Law Accountancy exam.

Sources of law, contract law, sale of goods law, financial claims

Learning Methods

3 hours of lectures per week in the spring semester

Assessment Methods

Written examination, 4 hours.
