Course Objectives

The course will give the student the opportunity to gain some work experience. The assignments will be varied and suited to the competence of the student. During the work experience the student will investigate a topic, and after receiving approval, write a final report.

Learning Methods

The student is responsible for finding his/her own work placement, but it must be approved by the university college. The course does not include regular instruction, but the work placement employer is responsible for providing regular guidance during the student’s placement. The student will maintain close contact with the subject teacher during the work placement.

Assessment Methods

The work experience should be carried out according to current guidelines. A final report and oral presentation will be assessed as pass/fail.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
