Project – Nordic Outdoor Life in a Comparative Perspective 1234

Course Description

The project should have a Nordic profile and build a bridge between theoretical and practical questions. The students will choose which approach their project should have. However, it should relate to aspects of study which are included in the programme, such as cultural, sociological, historical, administrative and political topics, or perspectives related to the guiding tradition.

The students should have completed a course in scientific theory and methods before beginning the project.

Assessment Methods

The project should be carried out and assessed according to the guidelines and prevailing rules of the institution in which the students are enrolled. The student will also be supervised and examined at the student’s home institution. The examination paper will be marked by an external examiner and given a graded mark.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
