Elective in World History 3513
Course Description
Students will be required to choose two electives, one taken from the period of history before 1750 and one from the period of history after 1750. Information will be provided in the semester plan about which courses will be taught each semester. The following list provides examples of courses which have been offered before, and which may be offered again:
- Society and Politics in Rome
- Roman Imperialism
- The Slave Trade and Slavery
- The Outbreak of the First World War
- The Soviet Union after 1917
Assessment Methods
Final school-examination at the end of the semester on the condition that all obligatory assignments have been approved.
Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
