Course Description

The course covers the valuation of properties, the processing of building cases and building construction theory.The course will also deal with the conversion of properties into individual units. Further, the course will include the estate agency brokerage of commercial properties with a focus on the similarities and differences between residential and commercial properties. The course will also examine the sale of agricultural property, various practical and legal problems, and case procedure in such matters. The course will consider the management of property projects, focusing amongst other things on the relationship between the development company and the estate agent.

Written individual examination, 5 hours.
