Course Description
The course will provide students with an introduction to the principal topics in intercultural communication and understanding of the values, religions, political systems, attitudes, social structures, lifestyles, special characteristics, styles of communication and business customs of various societies.
Assessment Methods
Oral presentation / lecture counts 50% of the final grade. Candidates will be asked questions relating to the presentation / lecture. Attendance of the examination lectures by all the course students is mandatory. Deadline registration for the examination presentation / lecture in the autumn semester 2011 is the end of week 37. The final 4-hour written counts 50% of the final grade. All parts of the assessment must receive passing marks.
Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
