Practical Estate Agency IV 6040
Course Description
The course includes two alternative ways of implementation. One alternative comprises a work experience placement (1 month), where the responsibilities should be varied and be related to the skills of the student in question. In addition, students will examine a specialization topic on which agreement has been reached, and prepare a specialization assignment. Alternatively, the student may write a Bachelor’s Thesis on a topic which is covered by the courses Practical Estate Agency I, II and III. The topic for the specialization assignment / Bachelor’s Thesis must be approved by the teacher.
Assessment Methods
The work experience placement (1 month) must be completed and the specialization assignment submitted according to plan and will constitute the basis for the assessment; alternatively, the Bachelor’s Thesis fills this role. The assignment/Bachelor’s Thesis counts for 60% of the final grade. The oral examination held at the end of the semester counts for 40% of the final grade. The oral examination may also include the syllabus of the courses Practical Estate Agency I, II and III.
Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
