Course Objectives

Skills in analysis and synthesis of electronic circuits with frequency dependent components,

as well as basic knowledge of the analysis and construction of weak signal and power amplifiers. Plan, construct and build a prototype laboratory voltage supply.

Course Description

Weak signal amplifiers with mid-frequency. Frequency response for AC-coupled amplifiers. Feedback, power and tuned amplifiers. Construction of laboratory voltage supply prototype.

Learning Methods

Lectures, exercises, simulations, laboratory exercises and project work.

Assessment Methods

Continuous assessment (25%), project (35%) and final written examination (40%).

The continuous assessment will include obligatory exercises, laboratory exercises and project work.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
