Course Objectives

The course will provide students with insight into the general legal framework for carrying out private and public activities. Students will also be provided with a sound knowledge of the legal rules which are of special importance for the practice of business activities. This concerns the legal rules which are of importance for the internal organisation of activities, and rules for the business’s relations with its customers, creditors and the public authorities.

Course Description

The course includes Law of Mortgages and Pledges and legal protection laws, insolvency law, financial relations between spouses, business crime, company law and public law.

Learning Methods

Workshops, self-study and coursework.

Assessment Methods

Written examination, 5 hours.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
