Course Objectives

The student will acquire knowledge of the study programme’s courses and course units and gain understanding of the connection between the study programme’s courses and basic nursing.

Students will develop an explorative and investigative approach to knowledge and learning.

Course Description

An introduction to the learning focus of the study programme, courses and course units as well as the teaching, learning and assessment methods. Introduction to the library and literature search, and use of databases.
Introduction to Fronter and the use of ICT in the study programme.

Learning Methods

Resource lectures and group work.

Assessment Methods

The student must document a minimum of 75% attendance at the learning activities in connection with the Introductory Course.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
