Introduction

Through the study of Natural Sciences 1, students will acquire knowledge of the natural sciences in general, and knowledge of topics in the natural sciences disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, physics and geosciences. Students will gain knowledge of the key concepts and methods in the subject, and they will also learn how to use subject knowledge to plan and carry out varied and adapted science teaching at various levels in the primary and lower secondary school.
