Course Description

The course will emphasise:

 Physical education in the school system
 Scientific and didactic approaches of the school
 The movement-patterns and contextual learning of children
 The physical learning environment in schools
 Physical activity in the school-day
 Physical activity and health among children and youth
 Physical condition among children and youth
 Gender aspects of the subject, physical education
 Physical education outdoors

Assessment Methods

Students shall carry out an examination lecture of approximately 30 minutes duration on an assigned topic and submitted manuscript. Graded mark.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
