Course Description

This course will especially focus on:

 Movement as meaning and communication
 Movement in terms of sport, physical education and outdoor life
 Space, time and movement
 Facilities and possibilities
 Movement, embodiment and identity
 Movement, architecture and experience
 Facilities considered in both negative and creative contexts
 The structure and build of the body
 Discourse, practice and material
 Policy, planning and funding
 Building of facilities, interest and land use conflicts
 Movement, sport and gender

Assessment Methods

Students shall carry out an examination lecture of approximately 30 minutes duration on an assigned topic and submitted manuscript. Graded mark.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
