Course Description
- Psychological theories of human development, perception, emotion, motivation, learning, memory and loss of memory
- Sociological concepts and theories about how people interact with their environment
- Socio-anthropological concepts and theories about how people interact with their environment
- The legal framework for the municipal health services
- The legal framework for nursing practice
- The welfare state’s development and framework
- The organization of community care
- Social factors that affect living conditions and create health problems
- Public health, with a focus on prevention and health promotion
Teaching and Learning Methods
Subject literature studies, digital learning resources, resource lectures and work in learning groups. Guidance in learning groups and seminars. Project: 6 weeks’ duration.
Assessment Methods
Group project assignment. Assessed with a grade.
