Learning outcome

After successfully completing the course and project, the candidate will have achieved the following learning outcomes:

The candidate has:

  • Knowledge and experience in planning, managing, executing, completing and documenting a project.
  • Extensive knowledge of topics selected from the current study programme, and skills in practising methods and solving problems that are of relevance to his/her future professional career.

Course Description

  • A major project will be completed during the course.
  • Emphasis will be placed on planning, management, follow-up and presentation through different stages of the project.
  • The project will be carried out in groups. The scope of the project corresponds to 15 ECTS for each student.
  • The project plan must be approved by the course coordinator; several seminars will be arranged in which groups will present their work, and report on their progress, status and plans.
  • The project will be documented in a project report. All group participants are individually and collectively responsible for executing and completing the project and project report.

Assessment Methods

  • Home-exam (submission of the project report), in groups, graded mark
  • Work requirements, presentations of the project milestones

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
