Learning outcome
After successfully completing the course, the candidate will have achieved the following learning outcomes defined in terms of knowledge, skills and general competence.
The candidate can:
- Propose measures to stimulate learning in organisations
- Assess the effects of various types of rewards in organisations
- Evaluate and analyse leader orientation in organisations
- Consider what promotes and hinders organisational change
Course Description
The course includes the following main topics:
- Change in organisations
- Development in organisations
- Learning in organisations
- Leadership in organisations
- Motivation and reward systems
Teaching and Learning Methods
3 lecture hours per week in the autumn semester. The teaching will be supplemented by group work and discussions in plenary. Students will also complete old examination questions.
Assessment Methods
- Written examination, 4 hours, graded mark
- Work requirements, 1 mandatory assignment that must be approved in order for the student to take the written examination
Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
