- Web-based communication
aquire following basic skills:
- Developing web-sites with stylesheets.
- HTML, CSS and other web development languages.
- Publishing for web using content management systems (CMS)
Course Description
- Organization and functionality of Internet and the web
- Planning websites
- Standards
- HTML and CSS
- Using and customizing a content management system (CMS)
- Basic image editing
- Models for analyzing usability of websites
Teaching and Learning Methods
4 hours of lectures, exercises and guidance per week. Small projects will be given and to be solved in groups.
Assessment Methods
- Home-exam (project case), in groups, worth 40%
- Written examination, 3 hours, worth 60 %
- Work requirements, a number of mandatory assignments that must be approved in order for the student to take the written examination
All parts must be approved to receive a final grade. Graded marks (A-F).
Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
