Course Objectives

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of information and signal processing theories emphasising analogue and digital communication systems, as well as knowledge of industrial electronics.

Assessment Methods

Continuous assessment (40%) and final examination (60%).

Students must first have their obligatory practical assignments and laboratory assignments approved before they are permitted to sit the final examination.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
