Course Objectives

The project assignment will provide students with the opportunity of examining a study programme topic in depth, and they will also gain practice in writing a report on the chosen topic. The project assignment may also be used as a means to adapt the study programme to special needs or future career choices.

Course Description

The topic for the assignment will be determined in consultation with the supervisor, and should consequently normally lie within the scope of the academic and research capability of the university college.

Learning Methods

Supervision individually or in groups. The department will organize a joint presentation day each semester.

Assessment Methods

Before submitting the project assignment the student/student group will carry out a presentation of the project. The project assignment will be assessed with a grade, and the oral presentation may adjust the final grade given on the project assignment.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
