Course Objectives

To be able to use knowledge and skills to formulate a technical project and develop skills in practical problem solving.

Course Description

The project assignment must include at least one principal focus on a subject which is clearly relevant to the subject content of the study programme. The project assignment may be interdisciplinary or an in-depth analysis of a limited field of study. For interdisciplinary main projects, students from other programmes of study may participate in the project groups.

Learning Methods

Group work under supervision.

If conditions allow, the project will be built in cooperation with an external project partner.

The main project may be related to a preliminary project which was carried out during the fifth semester.

Assessment Methods

The final assessment will be based on the web page of the project, the project report and the project examination. Individual, graded marks are awarded for the main project.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
