Learning outcome

Candidates will gain theoretical knowledge and practical application of basic methods for project planning and monitoring of project progress, resources and deliverables.Candidates will also learn the use of IT tools for project planning and monitoring.

Course Description

Project initiation - ranking - written goals - methods for time-and resource planning, methods of documentation of completion, progress and resource use. Introduction topublic procurement rules

Teaching and Learning Methods

2-4 hours of lectures and exercises per week. Group work and exercises.

Assessment Methods

Compulsory tasks that must be passed before the final exam. 3-hour written examinationcounts 100%.
