Learning outcome

After completing the course the student should have the following learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, skills and competences:

  • The concept of entrepreneurship, as well as related concepts and phenomena
  • Entrepreneurial processes
  • The entrepreneur person - who is he/she?
  • Other related topics and relevant issues

Course Description

The course covers the following topics:

  • The concept of entrepreneurship
  • Different types of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in various sectors
  • The process from idea to implementation and operation
  • The entrepreneur
  • Entrepreneurial organisation and networks
  • Field study

Assessment Methods

Group assignment (field) which counts for 40% and individual written examination counts 60%. All examinations must receive passing marks in order to receive a final course grade.

Minor adjustments may occur during the academic year, subject to the decision of the Dean
