Course Description
The content of the course is based on the national curriculum’s requirements regarding the distribution of credits, which functions as a guideline for the clarification of the course plan.
General, Developmental and Social psychology - 1 ECTS; Clinical Psychology and Mental Health - 1 ECTS; Social Pedagogy - 2 ECTS; Communication, Interaction and Conflict Resolution - 1 ECTS; Community Work - 3 ECTS; Activities Subject - 2 ECTS.
Teaching and Learning Methods
Group work, skills training, field work, presentations and lectures. Field work and skills training will be linked to activities and communication with children and young people and training in methodical social pedagogical work through, amongst other things, activity programmes with children and young people.
Assessment Methods
Course code: 070-E4: Social Pedagogical Work and the Use of Activities – assessment assignment
An individual assignment with group work, which will be based on the use of activities in working with children and young people (3000 words). Graded marks.
There are as many as two course requirements, which must be approved before the course can be approved. The course requirements are described in the course plan.
