CD4007

This page is dedicated to the CD4007 chip. I will add various circuits that be realized using the CD4007 CHIP.

General Description

The CD4007 chip consists of three complementary pairs of N- and P-channel enhancement mode MOS transistors. The CD4007 was originally made for digital purposes to realize logic circuits such as inverter, NAND and NOR. But as the pins on transistors are easily accecible they can be also used to realize analog circuits.  Below you will find a selection of circuit realized using the CD4007.
